This spacious studio condominium boasts a kitchenette, full bathroom, living/bedroom area and private balcony. The condo is furnished to an exceptional standard and provides an ideal living space for two people to enjoy the ” World’s Most Beautiful Beaches!”
The kitchenette offers a small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, dishes/utensils, plus a dining area for two. The bedroom features a king bed with our sumptuous soft signature linens. There is even a private balcony which allows for breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico – perfect for a morning coffee or sunset cocktail.

Resort Fee $62.00. One parking pass. Registered guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Security will be checking identification at the front gate. If you do not meet this requirement please do not book. Any renters who are turned away by security at check-in time will not be reimbursed. You must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying for the duration of the vacation otherwise you will be evicted without a refund*
