This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath (plus bunks) Emerald Beach condo is the ultimate beach sanctuary thanks to a sumptuous blend of style, decadence and Southern comfort. Everything has been completely remodeled with top-of-the-line appointments that have been thoughtfully selected, presenting an overall appearance that will impress from the first moment.
The family friendly layout sleeps up to six people and the expansive, airy space makes for easy vacation living. The open plan living room/dining area/kitchen is the true centerpiece of the condo and where you will immediately find yourself at home. The living area boasts a 55 inch TV, and a stunning reclining leather couch and loveseat set offer plenty of comfy seating to enjoy a family movie night or the big game together.
The breathtaking kitchen has been completely remodeled and redesigned to include all new cabinetry, countertops, oversized sink, premium appliances, plus all the cooking tools and utensils you could possibly need for home-away-from-home cooked meals.
The master suite offers views of the Gulf with private balcony access, and features include a brand new king-sized bed and superior quality mattress, TV with streaming, and a custom designed window nook area with seating for relaxing, reading or simply taking in the sweeping beach vistas. There is also private balcony access from the master bedroom. The en-suite master bathroom boasts all new cabinetry plus double vanity, stand up shower and large garden tub with jets, all surrounded in jaw dropping custom design elements.
The second bedroom provides a brand new queen-sized bed with superior quality mattress and TV with streaming, plus there is a cozy bunk bed area tucked away at the front of the condo. A second, stunningly remodeled full bathroom features a tub/shower combo, again with custom design at every turn. All bedrooms and bathrooms come complete with our signature super soft linens.
The splendid custom design of the condo and its many fine appointments are displayed at every turn. For your convenience free high-speed wireless is available throughout the unit for all devices, and a washer and dryer makes it easy to keep up with any laundry.

Southern Hospitality Co. places a $200 security hold on your credit card 1 day prior to arrival and releases it 3 days after your departure, pending a property inspection.
Note: Parking Notes: Limit of two parking passes per unit. Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 6′ 8″ (and 6’4″ on parking level 4) and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for over-sized vehicles.
