The Gulf front master bedroom features a private balcony with spectacular beach views, King size bed, cable TV plus a small work space if required. The en-suite bathroom offers both Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen size bed, cable tv, and the third bedroom area provides a full size bed and cable tv. A second full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and is located in the hallway.
The living room boasts floor to ceiling windows with jaw dropping views of the Gulf of Mexico, and access to the oversized balcony. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room providing additional sleeping room if needed for two extra people.
Boardwalk Beach Resort is ideally situated within 5 minutes walking distance to many local attractions, restaurants, and golf courses, yet nestled on a quiet stretch of Panama City Beach away from the crowds. Set on 1700 ft of pristine beach front on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, a condo rental at Boardwalk Beach Resort sets the stage for the perfect Florida vacation destination!
(A separate adjoining studio unit that sleeps two can be rented in addition to this condo as one larger unit to accommodate up to 10 people. Please ask for rates. )
Resort Fee $150.00. Two parking passes. Registered guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Security will be checking identification at the front gate. If you do not meet this requirement please do not book.
Any renters who are turned away by security at check-in time will not be reimbursed.
Southern Hospitality Co. places a $200 security hold on your credit card 1 day prior to arrival and releases it 3 days after your departure, pending a property inspection.
